Once items have been delivered to your Roblox account, the sale is final and refunds are generally not available. This is standard for digital goods, as they cannot be returned once transferred.
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. If you cancel a crypto order before delivery, the amount will be added to your store balance as credit (not refunded to crypto), which you can use on any future order. This is due to the irreversible nature and price volatility of crypto transactions.
If something goes wrong — wrong item, partial delivery, or an issue with what you received — contact us within 48 hours. We'll make it right with a replacement, correction, or refund where appropriate.
